Join me for a guided session of conscious, connected breathwork. This simple breathing practice can act as a powerful tool for unwinding tension, bringing deeper awareness to your emotions and resetting your nervous system.
What can you expect?
We’ll find a comfortable spot to lay on the floor for a powerful, controlled, and patterned 30 - 40 minute breathing practice paced to the beat of music. Get a feel for the type of music I play here.
You might laugh, you might cry, your fingers might tingle and you might not feel anything except profound peacefulness.
Things to bring:
Comfortable clothes
A water bottle
Thick blanket wrap up in (optional)
An eye mask to block out light (optional)
An item with you to anchor you into your practice (optional)
An empty-ish stomach (is usually best)
