Join Rainier for a special spring breathwork journey where we’ll use the breath to get clear on any fresh intentions and balance our organs and nervous system for the new season. This is a time to thaw out and come alive – with each other and nature – as the season continues its shift to provide more light each day.
What can you expect?
We will spend 10 minutes exploring a deep diaphragmatic breathing sequence to gently wake up and support our spring organs – the liver and the gallbladder.
We’ll then find a comfortable spot to lay on the floor for a powerful, controlled, and patterned 30 minute breathing practice paced to the beat of music.
You might laugh, you might cry, your fingers might tingle and you might not feel anything except profound peacefulness.
Things to bring:
Comfortable clothes
Yoga mat and/or thick blanket to lay on
A water bottle
An eye mask to block out light (optional)
An item with you that represents spring to anchor you into your practice (optional)
An empty-ish stomach (is usually best)
