Movie Club regular Alex Eastman and organizer Alex Hamlin both celebrate their birthdays on the same day: December 21st. This year they wanted to mark the occasion by thrusting upon everybody a couple of their very favorite movies. As such, December is ALEXTRAVAGANZA MONTH! 

As usual, we’ll meet at 6pm at Collective Chemistry except for our bonus (non-themed) outing to WINTER LIGHT for the SIFF Movie Club, which starts at 6pm at SIFF Uptown Theater.

December 6: Winter Light (at SIFF Uptown)

Ingmar Bergman does what Bergman does best: spiritual crisis! A small-town pastor seeks redemption in meaningless existence. Meet at SIFF Uptown for the 6pm show, and afterwards, we’ll head to a bar with the fine folks at SIFF for a post-movie discussion.
