Join Rainier for a guided session of conscious, connected breathwork. This simple breathing practice can act as a powerful tool for unwinding tension, bringing deeper awareness to your emotions and resetting your nervous system. We’ll use the breath to open ourselves to new perspectives by creating stillness in the body and mind. This time is for you.
Things to bring:
Comfortable clothes
Yoga mat and/or thick blanket to lay on
What can you expect?
We’ll breathe together as a group in a controlled, patterned way for about 30 minutes
You’ll listen to music to help support the rhythm of your breath
You'll have plenty of time after we breathe to relax, integrate and shift before jumping into the rest of your evening
You might laugh, you might cry, your fingers might tingle and you might not feel anything except profound peacefulness. There is no right outcome, this is your journey.
Breathwork is best on an empty-ish stomach
