Just a reminder for us all and a note for those who are new - all of these events are open to the public, not just Collective Chemistry members! CC members attend events for free, but we love getting fresh faces up in here!

SEATTLE CREATIVE MORNINGS - WEBSITE WORK PARTY
Collective Chemistry is a hub for self employed creatives. What’s one of the things that slips off our to-do lists the fastest? Updating our websites!
Consider this club a kick in the pants, a designated time and space to get your website-specific tasks done, brainstorm some new blogposts, or crowdsource some inspiration for your About Page. It’s a morning work-party - can you think of a better way to kick off your month or your day?
Arrive frazzled, nervous, or begrudged, leave feeling fresh, accomplished, and supported! We’ve got the coffee (maybe a donut would help too), plus a cozy calm space for you to get your rise and grind on.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This is a free flowing work party.
Arrive, grab a coffee or make a cappuccino, and settle in.
Certain dates might have special guests to boost our learning!

HEADSHOT HAPPY HOUR
Sip on a tasty cocktail while networking and mingling with other business owners, freelancers, and self employed folks. Then, step downstairs into our studio for a headshot!
Amy Weiss Photography will be our photographer for this event. Amy is a Seattle-based photographer specializing in portrait, brand, and wedding photography. With a background in advertising and over seven years behind the camera, she blends an editorial edge and genuine connection to create imagery that feels modern and authentic. We're super excited to have her!

BOOK$ CLUB
Work on bookkeeping tasks in a cozy workspace with snacks, drinks, and people getting down to the same grind you are.
Book$ Club is our monthly financial work party. Books - but with a dollar sign - get it?
Sift through reciepts, categorize transactions, plan for your financial month, or work on whatever other bookkeeping tasks you have! We're all in this together, and we find it’s helpful to set aside a chunk of time to sort through documents, financial planning goals, yearly fees, and all that other awful stuff while in good company. Bubbly and snacks also helps.
Jenny Girl Friday, our resident tax and Book$ expert / hype woman, is available for questions, help, and hand holding. Join other self-employed friends and get these tasks done! As people who work for ourselves, we know that these important business-up-keep tasks often get pushed to the bottom of the to-do list. Book$ Club creates that monthly space, a block of four hours, to really dig in. Hope to see you there!

MARKETING MONDAY
Marketing Club has gotten off to a super hot start! Can’t wait for you to join in. If marketing your business is one of those tasks that just keeps getting pushed to the backburner - this is the club for you.
Marketing Club is a supportive space to gather and work on any project that helps to promote your business. Some of those tasks could be:
Posting or scheduling posts to social media
Working on your email list
Creating a flyer for a future event or just to promote yourself in the local coffee shop
Sending out review requests
Working on your website
It will also be a chance to pose questions to the group and have discussions around what others are doing, what has worked for them, and just generally support each other.
We’ll meet every 4th Monday of the month, from 4pm - 8pm. Feel free to stay for the whole time, or for a window that works for you.

NOVEMBER MOVIE CLUB
FURY & FRYBREAD
WEDNESDAYS AT 6PM
As we recover from our shrieks and screams from a terrifying month of Giallo, we’re now headed toward a new month: it’s FURY & FRYBREAD, curated by Kyle!!
FYI: no movie club on the first week, Nov. 5th! As usual, we’ll meet at 6pm at Collective Chemistry and start the movie around 7.
